CENW | POLITICS 1776
CENW IS A DBA OF POLITICS 1776
LLC
POLITICS 1776 LLC
Privacy Policy
Applicable to Politics1776.us, CENW.org, and Associated Services
Last Updated: October 17, 2026
Politics 1776 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to transparency regarding how information is handled through our websites, online communities, and associated services.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, accessed, used, processed, stored, and disclosed in connection with Politics 1776 and CENW (Community Engagement & Neighborhood Watch).
Our approach is to rely primarily on established third-party service providers rather than maintaining independent marketing databases or collecting unnecessary personal information.
By using our websites or associated services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will seek that consent separately.
1. Company Ownership & Legal Identity
Politics 1776 LLC is a privately owned Oklahoma limited liability company.
The Company operates:
Politics 1776 — Politics1776.us
A private, independent grassroots initiative providing historical, educational, civic, and informational content, along with opportunities for community discussion and participation.
CENW — CENW.org
Community Engagement & Neighborhood Watch, operated as a DBA (Doing Business As) of Politics 1776 LLC, providing community information, neighborhood communication resources, and online tools for connecting residents and independently organized neighborhood watches.
Politics 1776 and CENW are operated by the same legal company.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to Politics 1776 LLC include its operations under the CENW DBA where applicable.
This Privacy Policy applies to both websites and their Company-administered services.
2. Our Approach to Personal Information
Politics 1776 LLC seeks to minimize the personal information it collects and maintains directly.
We do not intentionally operate independent marketing databases, harvest personal information for targeted advertising, sell personal information, or maintain unsolicited marketing lists.
Our websites and community services rely primarily on third-party technology providers for hosting, communications, community accounts, and other operational functions.
These providers may independently collect, process, and store information under their own privacy policies.
Although we do not seek to collect unnecessary personal information, we may receive or access information voluntarily provided by users or made available through authorized third-party administrative tools.
We use such information for legitimate Company operations and in accordance with applicable law.
3. Information We May Collect Directly
The Company may receive personal information when an individual voluntarily communicates with us.
This may include:
Name or other identifying information voluntarily provided.
Email address.
Contents of emails, questions, requests, or other correspondence.
Information voluntarily supplied concerning community participation, memberships, or services.
Other information an individual chooses to provide.
We may use this information to respond to communications, provide requested assistance, maintain necessary correspondence, address concerns, and conduct legitimate Company operations.
Email communications may be processed or stored through independent email and technology providers.
Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through email or community discussions.
4. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
Politics 1776 LLC uses independent third-party providers to support its websites and associated services.
These providers may supply:
Website hosting and infrastructure.
Community discussion platforms and member accounts.
Online meetings, events, and communication tools.
Membership and subscription services.
Payment processing.
Email and messaging services.
Website analytics and technical security.
Other resources, integrations, and operational functions.
Some providers may be directly linked from our websites, while others operate as part of the underlying website or service infrastructure.
Third-party providers may independently collect information such as account details, technical identifiers, IP addresses, device information, usage activity, communications, payment information, and other data described in their respective policies.
Each third-party provider is responsible for its own privacy practices and operates under its applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other requirements.
Users are responsible for reviewing the policies of third-party services they choose to use.
Politics 1776 LLC does not control the independent information-handling practices, security systems, retention policies, or operational procedures of these providers.
We may add, replace, or discontinue third-party services as our operations evolve.
5. Heartbeat.chat — Our Shared Community Platform
Politics 1776 LLC uses Heartbeat.chat to provide online community discussions and related features for Politics 1776 and CENW.
Both initiatives operate within one shared Heartbeat community and master account administered by Politics 1776 LLC.
Through Heartbeat's available permissions and access controls, the Company maintains separate, restricted discussion areas for each initiative.
These areas include:
Politics 1776 Community
A designated area for historical, educational, civic, and related discussions.
CENW — Neighborhood Square
A designated area for neighborhood communication, community information, local participation, and independently organized neighborhood watches.
Neighborhood Square is the name of CENW's discussion forum. It is not a separate company, legal entity, or independently operated service.
Although these areas are separated through access permissions, they share the same underlying Heartbeat infrastructure and Company administration.
Heartbeat independently collects, processes, and stores information according to its own Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
6. Community Privacy, Permissions & Access
Politics 1776 LLC uses Heartbeat's available access controls to restrict participation and visibility between its designated community areas.
Members ordinarily may access only the discussion areas and resources for which they have been granted permission.
Participation in the Politics 1776 community does not automatically provide access to Neighborhood Square, and participation in Neighborhood Square does not automatically provide access to restricted Politics 1776 discussions.
Members generally cannot view restricted discussions, posts, or resources belonging to an area for which they have not received authorization.
However, both areas operate within the same underlying Heartbeat environment.
As a result:
Member account information may exist within the shared platform.
Authorized Company administrators may have access to information across both community areas according to their permissions.
Heartbeat personnel may access information as permitted by their policies, systems, and applicable law.
Certain account or technical information may be shared within the underlying platform infrastructure.
Access restrictions depend upon Heartbeat's functionality, configuration, and permissions.
Separate discussion areas do not guarantee completely separate account records, independent data storage, or absolute technical isolation.
The Company does not guarantee that any electronic communication or online service is completely secure.
Users should consider the applicable access settings and the nature of the information they choose to share.
7. Information Collected Through Heartbeat
When users create accounts, join communities, or participate in discussions, Heartbeat may collect or process information including:
Registration and account information.
Names, usernames, and profile details.
Email addresses and other contact information.
Community membership and access information.
Posts, comments, messages, and uploaded materials.
Participation in discussions, meetings, events, or other features.
Technical information, usage activity, and device-related data.
Other information described in Heartbeat's Privacy Policy.
The specific information collected depends upon the features used and Heartbeat's current practices.
Heartbeat is responsible for its own collection, processing, storage, and handling of information under its applicable policies.
Users should review:
Heartbeat Privacy Policy: https://www.heartbeat.chat/legal/privacy
Heartbeat Terms & Conditions: https://www.heartbeat.chat/legal/terms
Heartbeat Content Policy: https://www.heartbeat.chat/legal/content
These policies may be updated independently by Heartbeat.
8. Information Available to Politics 1776 LLC Through Heartbeat
As the administrator of the shared Heartbeat community, Politics 1776 LLC may access information made available through the platform's authorized administrative features.
Depending on available functionality and permissions, this may include account details, membership information, participation activity, communications, moderation information, and other operational data.
The Company may use such information for legitimate purposes including:
Administering Politics 1776 and CENW community areas.
Managing membership and access permissions.
Moderating discussions and enforcing applicable rules.
Responding to questions, complaints, or concerns.
Communicating with community participants.
Supporting meetings, events, and other community features.
Investigating suspected misuse or violations of applicable policies.
Maintaining necessary operational records.
Complying with applicable legal obligations.
Our access is limited by the features, permissions, contractual requirements, and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
The Company does not claim unrestricted access to information held independently by Heartbeat.
9. Shared Company Administration & Information Use
Because Politics 1776 and CENW are operated by the same legal company and share one Heartbeat master account, authorized Company administrators may have access to information associated with both community areas.
Information legitimately available to the Company may be used for appropriate operational purposes across its services when relevant and legally permissible.
However, the existence of a shared master account does not mean that restricted discussions are automatically visible to members of both communities.
The Company intends to maintain separate member-facing discussion areas through available access permissions.
Administrative access and member-facing visibility are distinct.
Information accessed through Company administration will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and the relevant provider's requirements.
The Company will not treat permission-restricted community discussions as unrestricted public information merely because both areas share the same underlying platform.
10. Community Posts, Messages & Shared Content
Users may voluntarily publish or communicate information through Company-administered community spaces.
This may include posts, comments, photographs, documents, links, messages, and other materials.
Information shared within a community area may be visible to other participants authorized to access that area, depending upon the relevant feature and privacy settings.
Users are responsible for considering what information they choose to share.
The Company may access, review, moderate, restrict, or remove content within areas it administers, subject to applicable law and the third-party provider's functionality and policies.
Users should not assume that information posted in a restricted discussion area is completely confidential or inaccessible to authorized administrators or the service provider.
The Company does not independently guarantee the privacy, security, or confidentiality of user-generated communications.
Users should not post sensitive personal information about themselves or others without appropriate authorization.
11. CENW & Independent Neighborhood Watches
CENW provides online resources and communication tools intended to help neighbors and independently organized neighborhood watches connect.
Independent neighborhood watches and community groups remain responsible for their own organization, activities, communications, and information-handling practices.
CENW is not itself a neighborhood watch and does not operate or control independently organized neighborhood watches or community groups unless expressly stated otherwise.
Independent organizations may maintain their own websites, social-media groups, email lists, communication tools, or other services.
Those organizations are responsible for their own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Politics 1776 LLC does not assume responsibility for information independently collected or processed by such organizations merely because they participate in CENW, Neighborhood Square, or the CENW Network.
Users should review the privacy practices of independent groups before sharing information directly with them.
12. Memberships, Subscriptions & Payment Information
Certain Company services may involve memberships, subscriptions, or payments administered through third-party providers.
If such services are offered, the applicable provider may collect and process information necessary to administer accounts, transactions, recurring payments, billing, or access permissions.
This may include contact information, transaction details, payment information, and other information described in the provider's Privacy Policy.
Politics 1776 LLC may access transaction status, membership information, or other details made available through authorized administrative tools for legitimate operational purposes.
We do not require users to provide payment-card details directly to the Company through its own website when transactions are handled by independent payment providers.
Payment providers are responsible for their own processing and security practices.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable provider's policies.
13. How We Use Information
Politics 1776 LLC may use information voluntarily provided to us or made available through authorized third-party services for legitimate business and operational purposes.
These purposes may include:
Operating and maintaining Company websites and services.
Administering community discussions and member permissions.
Responding to inquiries and communications.
Providing requested information and resources.
Supporting memberships and related services.
Moderating Company-administered spaces.
Enforcing our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.
Addressing suspected misuse, unlawful activity, or security concerns.
Maintaining appropriate operational records.
Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
We do not intentionally collect personal information for sale to advertisers or maintain independent databases for targeted advertising.
Our use of information is subject to applicable laws and the permissions, terms, and policies of the relevant third-party services.
14. Information Sharing & Disclosure
Politics 1776 LLC does not sell personal information or intentionally disclose personal information for independent targeted-advertising purposes.
Information may nevertheless be processed or made available through third-party providers supporting our operations.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to:
Provide or administer requested services.
Work with service providers supporting Company operations.
Respond to lawful legal requests, subpoenas, or court orders.
Address suspected unlawful activity or misuse.
Protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the Company, or others.
Resolve disputes or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information voluntarily shared in community discussions may also be accessible to other authorized participants according to the applicable access settings.
Independent third-party providers may make additional disclosures under their own policies and legal obligations.
Nothing in this section authorizes disclosure prohibited by applicable law.
15. Website Analytics & Technical Information
Our websites and third-party service providers may automatically process certain technical information necessary for website functionality, performance, analytics, security, and service administration.
This information may include:
IP addresses.
Browser and device information.
Operating-system details.
Website usage and navigation activity.
Technical identifiers.
Security and diagnostic information.
Other technical data described in applicable provider policies.
Such processing may occur through website hosting services, Heartbeat, or other third-party infrastructure.
The Company may access technical or analytics information made available through authorized provider dashboards for legitimate operational purposes.
Our decision not to maintain independent marketing databases does not mean that third-party services perform no technical tracking, analytics, or data processing.
Users should review the applicable provider's Privacy Policy for additional details.
16. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our websites and associated third-party services may use cookies, session identifiers, or similar technologies.
These technologies may support:
Website functionality.
Account access and authentication.
Community permissions.
Security and fraud prevention.
Service performance.
Analytics and diagnostics.
Other purposes disclosed by the relevant provider.
Some technologies may be operated independently by third-party service providers.
Users may be able to manage certain cookies through browser settings or provider-specific privacy controls.
Disabling cookies or related technologies may affect website functionality or access to certain services.
Where applicable law requires consent or additional disclosure for particular technologies, the Company will seek to comply with those requirements.
17. Data Storage & Retention
Information associated with our websites and community services may be stored or processed through independent third-party systems.
Politics 1776 LLC may retain direct correspondence, necessary administrative information, and other operational records for legitimate purposes, including responding to inquiries, maintaining services, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Third-party providers maintain their own retention periods, deletion procedures, and storage practices.
The Company does not independently control all information retained by those providers.
Information may remain in backups, transaction records, security logs, or other systems according to applicable provider policies and legal requirements.
We retain information under our direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes or as required by applicable law.
18. Information Security
Politics 1776 LLC seeks to use established third-party providers and reasonable administrative practices to support the operation of its websites and community services.
However, no internet-based system, electronic communication, or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
The Company does not guarantee that information transmitted through its websites, email communications, Heartbeat, or other third-party services will be free from unauthorized access, disclosure, interruption, or technical failure.
Third-party providers independently maintain their own security systems and procedures.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and exercising care when sharing personal information online.
Nothing in this section excludes security or data-protection obligations imposed by applicable law.
19. Account Management, Access & Deletion Requests
Users may be able to access, correct, update, or delete certain account information through the settings provided by the applicable third-party service.
Requests concerning information independently maintained by Heartbeat, payment processors, website providers, or other services may need to be directed to the relevant provider.
Users may also contact Politics 1776 LLC through either website regarding personal information maintained directly by the Company or accessible through its authorized administrative tools.
We will review and respond to applicable requests in accordance with relevant laws, contractual obligations, and the capabilities of the systems involved.
Deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention requirements, operational limitations, and the independent policies of third-party providers.
Removal from a Company-administered discussion area does not necessarily delete an individual's underlying Heartbeat account or information retained by Heartbeat.
20. Third-Party Privacy Policies & Applicable Requirements
Politics 1776 LLC maintains its own Privacy Policy describing the Company's information-handling practices.
Independent third-party providers maintain their own policies governing their respective operations.
Our Privacy Policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, the applicable privacy policies of third-party services.
Users participating in Company-administered Heartbeat communities are also subject to Heartbeat's applicable legal and privacy requirements.
Where an information-handling issue involves an independent third-party provider, that provider's applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and legal obligations may also be relevant.
To the extent legally permissible, Politics 1776 LLC reserves the right to reference applicable third-party contractual provisions and policies when addressing disputes or legal matters involving those services.
However, nothing in this Privacy Policy automatically transfers a third-party provider's legal protections to the Company or eliminates privacy obligations independently imposed upon Politics 1776 LLC.
If this Privacy Policy does not expressly address a particular issue, applicable law and relevant third-party policies continue to apply according to their respective scope.
21. External Websites & Independent Resources
Our websites may contain links to government agencies, businesses, community organizations, social-media services, and other independent resources.
These external websites and services are not necessarily owned, operated, or controlled by Politics 1776 LLC.
Their information-handling practices are governed by their own policies.
We encourage users to review those policies before providing information or interacting with external services.
The Company does not assume responsibility for independent third-party privacy practices merely because a website or service is linked from Politics 1776 or CENW.
22. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy
Politics 1776 and CENW are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to participate in Company-administered community or membership services.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from individuals under 18 through these services.
If we become aware that an individual under 18 has provided information or created an account, we may take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and the policies of the relevant third-party provider.
Independent third-party services may maintain their own age requirements and eligibility restrictions.
Users are responsible for complying with those requirements.
23. Privacy Rights & Applicable Law
Depending on their location and circumstances, individuals may have privacy rights under applicable federal or state laws.
These rights may include the ability to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.
Politics 1776 LLC will review and respond to legally valid requests as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to waive or restrict privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law imposes additional notice, consent, disclosure, or information-handling obligations, those requirements govern.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Politics 1776 LLC may update this Privacy Policy as its websites, community services, third-party relationships, operating practices, or legal obligations change.
Updated versions will be posted through the applicable websites.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing material changes.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
